Company Playbook

The operational framework that powers Hadoota — who we are, how we work, and what makes us different.

Who We Are

What Is Hadoota?

Hadoota is a micro-drama agency. We produce short-form dramatic content for streaming platforms (Yango, WatchIt, Seera, Seen, and emerging platforms) and we are the region's first micro-drama advertising company — our core revenue stream.

Non-Stop Streaming. Non-Stop Storytelling.

Engine 1: Original Micro-Drama Production

We create original micro-drama series for streaming platforms — episodic short-form content designed for mobile-first audiences. This is our creative showcase and our content engine.

Engine 2: Branded Micro-Drama Ads (Primary Revenue)

We partner with brands to blend their product or service into a mini-drama series (3 or 5 episodes). The brand isn't an interruption — it's woven into the story so viewers engage with it willingly, emotionally, and memorably.

Production Only — No Distribution

Hadoota produces premium ad content for clients. Clients use the content on their own platforms or distribute it themselves. Hadoota does not handle distribution.

Three People, Three Engines

  • No team member communicates with the client without Riham's knowledge
  • No commitment is made to a client without Sawaf's approval
  • Creative outputs don't go to the client without Mohamed Nabil's sign-off
